Mike Shipulski
I strive to define best practices and tools for Product and Technology Development and Continuous Improvement and embed them into company culture. With that, practices and tools become a working part of how a company does business instead of ending up in a thick handbook that defines how things “should be done” which is read by no one. To me, behavior is most important.
The intent of this blog is to describe the coming together of people, process and tools for top line and bottom line growth and doing the work as if people matter.

Created 8 new concepts and 20+ patents. Created enhancement of Continuous Improvement program that uses Additive Manufacturing so people on the production floor can improve their own work.
